24 Missionaries served Southeast IN CEF this Summer participating in Camp Good News, 5-Day Clubs and Party Clubs! 

 

With the Missionaries training the first two weeks of June, we had just 6 weeks available to be out within the local communities for Summer Ministry. However, with such a large group of Missionaries, we were blessed to hold two party clubs and ELEVEN 5-Day Clubs! With  the party clubs and 5-Day Clubs combined, we were able to minister to over 250 children. If we add in Camp Good News that was held at the end of June, the total goes up to over 370 children ministered to for all of our summer ministry programs! Wow! What an exciting and fun 6 weeks it was!

This summer we were hot for God here in Southeast IN! Will you join us by hosting a Fall or Christmas Party Club? If you would like to hold one within your community, please reach out to us! Our Missionaries are equipped to serve and teach party clubs throughout Southeast Indiana all year long! 

God provided more campers than we have ever ministered to at Camp Good News (over 120)! It was no coincidence that we also had a record number of Missionaries trained and equipped to help lead, teach and serve the campers!

It was a HOT 4 days filled with lots of worship, Bible lessons, singing, crafts, fishing, putt-putt, ga-ga ball, human foosball, swimming, new friends, and tons of FUN!!

Special thank you to the Ripley County Community Foundation for the grant funds through The Ray E. Herman & Louise (Herman) Crum Memorial Endowment Fund and the Frank Tarter Community Trust Fund for 10 Camp Good News Scholarships for children to attend!

Thank You to EVERYONE who donated to our Beautiful Feet 5K Fundraiser! Whether you sponsored the event, sponsored a runner, raised funds, participated in the 5K, or volunteered at the race - WE THANK YOU! 

 

The 5K walk/run has become one of our largest fundraisers to support our chapter. To date, we have now raised over $33,000!! We are so grateful for the support!
